The 906 Festival offers Curtis, surrounding communities, and visitors to our area a fun, family-friendly event that celebrates Our Home, the Upper Peninsula. Our festival includes live music, art and retail vendors, beer and wine tent, entertainment in the Park all day, activities for the whole family, non-profit organization booths, demonstrations, and more.

Schedule:

11:00 a.m: Festival Opens
11:00 a.m - 5:00 p.m: Artist, Retail and Non-Profit Vendors
Food vendors and beer tent open until 7:00 p.m

11:00 a.m - 5:00 p.m: 906 Photography Contest Voting Open (Upper Level of the ECA) Winners announced at 6:00 p.m
11:15 a.m - 11:30 a.m: Peninsula Pointe Dance Group (band shell)
11:30 a.m - 12:15 p.m: The Great Lakes Cloggers (band shell)
12:00 p.m - 1:00 p.m, 3:00 p.m: A Place to Land presents Home Place Interactive Acoustic Instrument Tent (Open to All Ages)
2:00 p.m - 5:00 p.m: The Peltier Brothers (band shell)
2:30 p.m: Goodale’s Sweet Spot Ice Cream Eating Contest! Ages 8-12 and 13 and over. (Sign up at the ECA office before 2:00 p.m.)
5:00 p.m - 7:00 p.m: Dennis Peacock and Gary Bender Duet in the Beer Tent
 
Kids Zone Games by Tahquamenon Homeschoolers Community 
Chainsaw Carving all day in the Park with Peterson Chainsaw Carving
Yooper Magic Balloon Art and Face Painting~906 Festival 50/50 Raffles All Day
Beer and Wine Tent featuring Upper Hand Brewery, End of the Road Winery and domestic favorites 
Food, Artist, Retail and Non-Profit Vendors with something for everyone.
