This year, we mark our 8th annual Frühlingsfest Weekend and expand from just the Edelweiss Biergarten to German Park.

Friday Night Walpurgisnacht features the blessing of the Biergarten and tapping of MashCraft’s Frühlingsfest Maibock, the dance of the witches, and DysFunktion Brass Band all evening.

Special Spring-inspired German Menu, with Spargel (asparagus) is a feature side, we’ll have the famous GAK Kartoffelpuffer fresh off the grill, and there are special spring desserts of Bienenstich and blumenkuchen (the flower cupcakes) made by AMANTRA Baking.
