This year, we mark our 8th annual Frühlingsfest Weekend and expand from just the Edelweiss Biergarten to German Park.

Maitag Saturday features spring arts and crafts and garden sale, kids arts and crafts area, music all day. Evening features Jay Fox and the Jammin’ Germans, Bandltanz (Ribbon Dance of the Maypole) and the time-honored Maibaumaufstellen (the raising of the May Pole).

Special Spring-inspired German Menu, with Spargel (asparagus) is a feature side, we’ll have the famous GAK Kartoffelpuffer fresh off the grill, and there are special spring desserts of Bienenstich and blumenkuchen (the flower cupcakes) made by AMANTRA Baking.
