Art is brought to The Vine restaurant, 601 W. Main Street (formerly T-Bucks), by 3:15. Artists will attach their labels with titles, medium, and asking prices on the back of the canvas. Staff will place artwork on easels or walls and assign #s to them. Staff will count art and match registrants with their art to make sure we have everyone’s entries. Make sure you do NOT sign the artwork at this point. Artists will leave the building by 3:30.
Judges will deliberate and determine awards between 3:30 and 4 pm. Staff will take labels off the hidden location and affix to the wall adjacent to where the art is hanging.
