This fourth-year event offers runners a 5k and 10k race option for the same price.  Proceeds of the event will go to the Miami Valley Hospital Practitioner Wellness Fund. 

Pre-race packet pickup at Up and Running on Friday, April 26 from 11am to 6pm or race morning at Eastwood Metropark, Mad River Shelter House from 8:30am to 9:30am.

10:00am - 5k and 10k Race Start

10:30am - After-Party at Kramer's (1018 Irving Ave, Dayton, OH 45419)
