This year's Northern Appalachian Folk Festival will be very minimal due to the passing of Dr. Jim Dougherty, in early January. With the financial grant from the Indiana County Endowment, we are pleased to have the Artists Hand Gallery host the juried art show in conjunction with the Pennsylvania Rural Arts Alliance. On Sunday, September 7, also hosted at the Indiana Theater, will be the annual Storytelling and Liars Contest beginning at 2 pm.
