(All ages) Bring your bikes and other wheels - scooters, wheelchairs, strollers, wagons – to our decorating workshop. All materials provided to ensure your wheels are "parade ready" for the Red, White and Blue Parade. Park in the ballfields parking lot and meet at the Hillsboro Pavilion.  After you decorate, you can ride your festive wheels in the Red, White and Blue parade then cool off watching a puppet show. Beale Street Puppets will present an Independence Day themed show.
