Our annual 2024 Take a Breath for Sarcoidosis Run & Walk will be held IN PERSON in Northern Maryland and have a virtual option as well. We are so excited to be back together to spread awareness and see our community.

April is Sarcoidosis Awareness Month - show your support for Sarcoidosis patients by signing up as a participant or as a silent hero.

Race options:
- 5k participants with performance shirt and medal - $40
- 1-mile participant with performance shirt and medal - $35
- "Silent Hero" with performance shirt and medal - $35 to support the cause, even if you can’t participate
