Join us as we kick off the Traffic Jam'in Festival with a flat, scenic 5k run and 5k walk around the lake and nearby neighborhood. Finish strong in front of our community Events Park Pavilion while listening to live music! Water station at the 1/2 way mark and refreshments and award ceremony following the 5K. Music on the course!
Start time for the 5k Run and 5k Walk is 7:30 pm
Mile Start time is 7 pm
Medals and complimentary beverage for all 5K finishers. (image of medal below)
Overall Awards will be given to the top male and female finishers of Open (all ages), and Masters (40+), Senior Masters (50+) in the 5k Run, and 5k Walk.
Age Groups Awards to the top 3 places in each age group: Awards will be made by local artisans from the Grass Lake area.
5k Run age groups: 0-12, 13-14, 15-17, 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69. 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85+
5k Walk age groups: 0-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
Pricing: 5k run, 5k walk and Virtual 5k: $30 from 5/12 to 7/06. $35 7/07 to 7/11. 1 mile family fun run: $5
