This race/event is dedicated to Elijah Patterson and his family. Elijah is a 5th grade student at Blythe-Bower Elementary School who was diagnosed with cancer in 2023 and has been unable to attend school up until April 9, 2024. Elijah loves Pokémon, science and believe it or not SCHOOL! This event is an effort to support the Patterson family, as all money and proceeds will go directly to them. This will be a community event with games, community resources, and food (for purchase). Even if you don't wish to participate in the race, we encourage you and your family to still come out on May 11th 2024 at Cleveland High School's Track and celebrate Elijah with us. 

Event Schedule:

8:30am - 10:10am - Packet Pickup 

10:15am - Opening Prayer/ moment of silence

10:25am - 1 Mile Fun Run

10:45am - 1k Walk

11:00am - Thanking sponsors

11:30am - 1pm - Food & Games for kids
