Anyone who was born after Dec. 31, 1986 and who wishes to buy a hunting license in the state of Indiana, must provide proof of completion of a state-approved hunter education course. You'll also need to provide valid identification and your Social Security Number, along with the appropriate fees for the license(s) and endorsements (stamps) that you want to buy.
