You cannot enter private lands to shoot or hunt without the oral or written permission of the landowner, tenant, or person with authority to grant permission. All hunters must wear outer garments of hunter orange color while hunting during daylight hours. Shooting hours for all animals (except raccoons, opossums, and frogs) are during daylight hours only.
