You need to provide your birth date, residency status, and department ID. Your department ID is your Arizona Game and Fish Department customer number. You can input your Social Security number or let the department generate a random ID number during your application. Hunters under the age of 14 must also complete a Hunter Education course in order to hunt in Arizona.
