You will need to provide a valid ID to acquire your hunting license. Residents will need a South Carolina ID. If this is your first license, you will need to provide your Social Security Number. If you were born after June 30, 1979, all residents and nonresidents must have successfully completed a South Carolina DNR-approved hunter education course (with certificateto prove it).
