The Kansas (Kaw), Arkansas, Missouri, Republican, and Smoky Hill Rivers and their impoundments all offer excellent fishing in the state. Trout anglers can find their quarry in locations like Glen Elder State Park, Kanopolis Seep Stream, and Pratt Centennial Pond.
