Smoked oysters, half shell and fried oyster tacos will be served along with other favorites! Come by for great food, wine, and learn to grow your own oysters! Tidewater Oyster Gardeners Association – TOGA will be available to answer your oyster questions and will have seed for sale. We will also have our T-shirts and other merchandise!

At the TOGA tent you will be able to get one on one attention for your oyster gardening questions, best practices or concerns, plus see demonstrations on “Oyster Shucking” and “How to build your own cages”. There will be oyster seed both diploid and triploid along with various TOGA built cages, apparel and accessories for sale.

‚ÄčThe event will include different choices of raw and cooked bivalves from the a local grower Great Wicomico Oyster Co. and fine wines to taste from the winery.
