Race 4 of 4 in the Texas Hill Country Series Challenge

Hill Country Distillery start area is in the center of town. The race starts in their Courtyard, which they share with Newsom Vineyards. The owners of these downtown, restored, 100+ year-old buildings will greet you as you come in to try out their unique business. Comfort, Texas is a Hill Country gem. The small, historic town occupies a central location with scenic drives leading to Fredericksburg, Boerne, and Kerrville, and is only 30 minutes away from San Antonio. Comfort is the perfect nucleus of all the beautiful Hill Country has to offer. The town features almost 100 historic buildings constructed before 1910, seven of which were designed by noted architect Alfred Giles. Much of the town is designated a National Historic District. Runners love this area for its rolling hills and river access to Cypress Creek and the Guadalupe River. Shady streets and low water crossing so that you can reach out and touch the river.
