The Tangle  30k

7:00 am start  
The 30k course is comprised of 3 identical 10k loops. You must complete your second loop by 10:30am (averaging a 16:57/mile pace) to continue on your third. All runners must finish by noon.
Aid stations will be located every 3 miles (at mile 3, 6, 9, 12,and 15).
Top 3 male & female in each distance + top masters (50+) will be given an award.
Complimentary cold beer and lunch post race.
Race Fee: $85
Race briefing is at 6:50am at start line.

The Tangle  20k

7:30 am start  
The 20k course is comprised of 2 identical 10k loops.
Aid stations will be located every 3 miles (at mile 3, 6, 9).
Top 3 male & female in each distance + top masters (50+) will be given an award.
Complimentary cold beer and lunch post race.
Race Fee: $75
***Racer check-in (or packet pick-up) is on race morning only at start/finish line 6:00am-7:20am.
Race briefing is at 7:20am at start line.

The Tangle  10k

8:00 am start
The 10k course is run on a single loop.
You will have an aid station at the half-way point (approx mile 3).
Top 3 male & female in each distance + top masters (50+) will be given an award.
Complimentary cold beer and lunch post race.
Race Fee: $65
Racer check-in (or packet pick-up) is on race morning only at start/finish line 7:00am-7:50am.
Race briefing is at 7:50am at start line.

Course:

The 30k race will be comprised of THREE 10k loops. The 20k race will be comprised of TWO 10k loops. 10k race will be a single loop.
Aid stations will be located approximately every 3 miles and will be stocked with water, Tailwind, fruit, pretzels, cookies, gels.
