All hunting licenses, resident or otherwise, can be purchased at a Kansas Department of Wildlife & Parks Office, a license agent, or online at the Kansas Department of Wildlife, Parks & Tourism licensing website. All residents 16-74 must have one and all nonresidents, regardless of age, must also have a license if they wish to hunt in Kansas. Certain animals and birds require special permits or tags if you wish to hunt them.
