Excellent fishing spots are not hard to come by in this landlocked state. With the numerous rivers and lakes, you are bound to be close to a flourishing fish population. An excellent spot to fish is the Douglas Reservoir, which has an enormous lake on the Eastern border, trickles into the French Broad River, and eventually forks off into the Tennessee River. Other considerable sized rivers, including the Mississippi River on the western border. The Chickamauga Lake is flowing with an array of different species, as well.
