In order to register your ATV in Rhode Island, you must visit your local Rhode Island Division of Motor Vehicles branch office. You must bring a completed Application for Registration and Title Certificate. In addition, you must bring your bill of sale, the previous owner's title if you didn't purchase your ATV from a dealership, payment for your sales tax, registration fees, and plate fees.
