All hunters born after Jan. 1, 1960 are required to complete a hunter safety course in order to obtain their hunting license. Hunter safety courses can be completed online through several different vendors or in a traditional classroom. If you plan on taking an in-person course, expect the course tolast about 10-13 hours.
