Can I ride my ATV/OHV in Mendham Township, NJ if I'm visiting from another state?

Out-of-state riders must register their ATV with a motor vehicle agency. Proof of ownership is required. Nonresidents only pay a few dollars more than New Jersey residents for ATV registration.
