When you're visiting Alabama from another state, you must comply with Alabama laws. So, you must be over age 14 to ride on public lands, riders under age 18 must wear a DOT-compliant helmet, and you have to keep your ATV off public streets, roads and highways, as well as the beaches and sand dunes of the Gulf of Mexico.
