Some cities and communities in New Mexico allow the use of ATVs on roads. For ATV riders driving on permitted roads, eye protection must be worn. Always ride with your driver's license and proof of insurance too. Riders under the age of 18 must wear both helmet and eye protection and have safety permit to ride on designated roads.
