Anyone age 15 and over must have a hunting license in Massachusetts. This may be obtained either online, at a MassFishHunt license agent or MassWildlife offices. Individuals must be at least age 12 to hunt in the state of Massachusetts, but hunters between the ages of 12 and 14 must be accompanied by a licensed hunter who is at least 18 years-old. They also must share a single firearm or bow and single bag with this individual.
