Morning Yoga with Michelle Greenfield, RYT-500, Kripalu Mindful Outdoor Guide: Wake up and start your day with some energy. All levels yoga with Michelle will offer
movement, breath, stretching and some fun.

11:00 AM: 
What Is Meditation? with Ana Leon: Follow the yoga practice with a guided meditation, or come just for the meditation. Ana is a yoga and meditation teacher based in Athens, Ohio.

12:00 PM: 
Flying Great Blue Heron Qi Gong with Gina Scarano: Qi Gong is the art of restoring balance & harmony to one's life through movement & breath. This class will focus on the circulation of energy through the scapula, upper spine, neck and head. No experience necessary.

1:00 PM: 
Embodied Practices for Calming Anxiety with Erin Finck, Trauma Sensitive Yoga Project, LLC: Experience the holistic practices that can support us through stress and anxiety by instilling an
embodied sense of safety, strength, and ease.

2:00 PM: 
What is Ayurveda? – Seasonal Harmony: Ayurvedic Self-Care for Lasting Balance with Jeannie Faulkner of Wild Earth Ayurveda: Explore how simple, time-tested Ayurvedic practices can support your well-being through seasonal transitions. This talk offers practical tips, take-home tools, and a calming tea experience to help you feel more grounded and resilient as we transition from summer to fall.

3:00 PM: Mindfulness in Nature Forest Bathing Walk with Michelle Greenfield, RYT-500, Kripalu Mindful Outdoor Guide: Gather at the Holistic Wellness tent to start this Mindful Walk with a little bit of movement, breath and centering. Then take a gentle stroll along the lakeside with a guided forest bathing invitation and find a “sit spot” for an open eyed, sensory awareness meditation.

4:00 PM: Community Resiliency – Mara Giglio, Director of the Appalachian Peace and Justice Network: Join Mara to explore what it means to be Resilient, as individuals and in community, and practice strategies to build our resiliency and emotional intelligence.

5:00 PM: Letha Yoga- Partner Assisted Stretching – James Skalsky and Karena Kilcoin of "Pilates of Athens": This session will introduce you to Letha Yoga which involves assisting a partner in stretches. Come with a friend, spouse, relative or by yourself and be ready to be paired with a new friend to practice this partner yoga/massage.

MIDNIGHT: Midnight Sound Bath with Kojun Hayes of Sacred Waves Sound Work: After the music at the mainstage ends, retreat to the Holistic Wellness tent for a candle lit midnight sound bath. Participants will lay on the ground on blankets (or sit up if they chose) and be treated to the celestial sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs and chimes.

Kids’ Tent Schedule

11:00 AM: Lake Study-Explore the living world under the surface with Rural Action's Environmental Education team. Equipment will be provided for kids and adults to explore the critters that make up the lake ecosystem while learning what makes, and keeps, our waters healthy!
12:00 PM: Renee Ripple presents: Kids' Yoga-Playful yoga with stories, songs, and games that is ideal for ages 3-6
1:00 PM: Join Talcon Quinn from Living Traditions to stretch a deer hide the old-fashioned way: by using it to throw children into the air.
2:00 PM: Turtle Time! Show and Tell with Rising Appalachia's very own ambassador animals!
3:00 PM: Join us for an energetic ceremonial drumming session with friends from the Mingo Tribe
4:00 PM: Join Sara Brumfield from the The Athens Public Library for a special story time adventure in the shade
5:00 PM: Mega bubbles! Make bubble wands and run around, popping GIANT bubbles with Rising Appalachia
6:00 PM: Rising Appalachia: Great Boffer Battle-- Join us for the epic annual Pawpaw Fest sword fight to the fake death. Staff will lead participants through a series of fun and exciting boffing games. All ages welcome.
7:00 PM: Ecstatic Dance Athens is coming to the Pawpaw Kids' Tent!
A safe space to dance, move and express yourself freely. All are welcome.
