4th at theFalls Golf Cart Application below, I, the undersigned, on behalf of myself and those participating with me, do hereby waive any and all liability which Main Street Pendleton, its Board of Directors, staff and contractors, sponsors, and the Town of Pendleton might otherwise have on account of any injury which I, we or any of us, might suffer on account of our participation in the Fourth at the Falls Golf Cart Parade.

I further agree to indemnify Main Street Pendleton, its Board of Directors, staff and contractors, sponsors, and the Town of Pendleton on account of any expense or claim that may be incurred by Main Street Pendleton, its Board of Directors, staff and contractors, sponsors, and the Town of Pendleton because of my or our participation in the Fourth at the Falls Golf Cart Parade.

The consideration for this release and indemnification agreement is the agreement by Main Street Pendleton, its Board of Directors, staff and contractors, sponsors, and the Town of Pendleton to allow me to participate in the Fourth at the Falls Golf Cart Parade.
