The City of Temple Terrace is excited to announce our 50th Annual Temple Terrace Independence Day Celebration on July 4!

As the proud host of the 4th of July parade and evening festivities, the City’s Leisure Services Department invites community businesses, organizations, and residents to participate in this beloved annual tradition. Join us for a day filled with patriotism, entertainment, and fireworks!

Daytime Parade - 10:00 AM

The celebration begins with the traditional 4th of July Parade at 10:00 AM, starting at Whiteway Dr. and Gillette Ave. The route travels south to Druid Hills, then west to Ridgedale, and finally south to the Temple Terrace Little League fields.

Parking: Permitted on any side street without “No Parking” signage.

Resident Golf Cart Brigade

Residents are invited to decorate their golf carts and join the Golf Cart Brigade in the morning parade!

Carts must reflect a patriotic theme (no logos or business branding).
Registration fee: $5
Deadline: June 13, 2025

Businesses and community organizations may join the main parade by completing the Parade Application above and paying the $50 fee.

Evening Festivities - 6:00 PM

Join us on the 1st fairway of Temple Terrace Golf & Country Club (600 Inverness Ave.) for an evening of music, magic, and fun!
