9:30 AM: Hometown Parade

The route begins at City Hall down State Street and up SR-193 to the high school. Come party with us and gather all of the candy you can at one of the oldest traditions in the city. To register your float, contact us at [email protected].

Parade guests may set up their seating after 7 p.m. on July 3. Seating must be on city property, meaning no private or residential areas. Tarps and spikes put in the ground are prohibited. Please be respectful of other people’s property!

The entire Clearfield High School parking lot will be closed during the Hometown Parade to host parade floats. There will be no outlet between 350 S. and Center St. from 9 a.m. on July 4 until the parade concludes. If you live in this area, please plan accordingly.

6:00 PM: Freedom Festival

The Freedom Festival at Fisher Park is the culmination of the July 4th experience – featuring tasty treats, fun vendors, ice-cold beverages, and breathtaking fireworks. We are so excited to have Utah’s 2nd largest fireworks show back this year.

Come dance to our live entertainment featuring Michael Barrow and the Tourists and Waiting for James. Following the final act, the synchronized fireworks show will begin at about 10:00 PM.

The northern section of the Clearfield High School parking lot will be closed due to construction during the Freedom Festival.
