Join us at Summit Brewing Co. in St. Paul, MN, on Saturday, July 19, for the ultimate mix of fitness, fun, and craft beer! This event includes a 5K fun run + summer edition of the Bonus Beer Mile! Whether you’re running, jogging, walking, or just in it for the cold beer at the finish line, there’s something for everyone to enjoy!

Event Schedule:

10:00 AM – Optional Pre-run stretch session

11:00 AM – Summit Brewing 5K fun run start

12:00 PM – Bonus Beer Mile team challenge (relay style)

1:00 PM – Awards ceremony & Cheers!

The Main Event: The 5K Fun Run (11:00 AM)

At 11:00 AM, we’ll kick off with a 5K fun run around Summit Brewing Co. and the surrounding area. This non-timed, relaxed race is perfect for all fitness levels. Run, jog, or walk at your own pace, then celebrate at the finish line with a cold Summit beer. Cheers to a great time!

Because Why Not: The Bonus Beer Mile (~12:00 PM)

The fun continues at 12:00 PM with the Bonus Beer Mile! Teams of 2 or 4 will race a 1-mile relay around Summit Brewing Co. The twist? Each team member will drink 32 oz of beer while completing the 1600 meters!

How it works:

Form a team of 2 or 4 (strategize your way).

Total distance: 1600 meters (1 mile) tracked on an approved GPS app (Strava, Garmin, Nike Run, etc.).

Total beer consumption: 32 oz per team.

The fastest team wins the Bonus Beer Mile Trophy and cash prizes from Runcentive!

Cash prizes:

1st place: $250

2nd place: $100

3rd place: $50
