The N-Gen and Agave Heritage Festival Lifetime Career Award honors individuals whose work deepens our understanding of agave's cultural, ecological, and social significance. In 2025, we honor renwoned agave experts Paul and Suzy Fish will share their knowledge on how centuries old technology enhanced the production of agave in fields on dry basin slopes in southern Arizona.
