Welcome to the 28th Season of the Alpenglow Chamber Music Festival
Set against the stunning backdrop of the mountains in Summit County, Colorado, every August the Alpenglow Chamber Music Festival welcomes music lovers of all genres to experience the beauty of chamber music in its many glorious configurations.
The festival's diverse and creative programming presents beloved masterpieces from the standard repertoire, cutting-edge contemporary works, and hidden treasures. At the heart of the Festival are Artistic Directors Jesse Mills (violin) and Rieko Aizawa (piano) along with their ensemble-in-residence, the Horszowski Trio. Collaborations with various guest musicians, featuring strings, winds, percussion, voice, among others, makes each performance unique.
The festival's intimate venues give our audience a rare opportunity to experience performers of the highest caliber up close.
Whether you are a curious newcomer or a seasoned enthusiast, we extend a warm invitation to join us in forging connections - with the music, with the artists, and with one another.
