Start 2025 off right with another great year of the Hill and Dale 8 Miler presented by the Memphis Runners Track Club. This course, which is on roads and paved paths, will take you through the Hills and Dales of our great Meeman Shelby Forest State Park. It is one of only a handful of USATF certified 8 mile courses in the state of TN (certificate # TN20013MS).
