The Oak Harbor Apple Festival is held each year in downtown Oak Harbor the second full weekend in October. There are over 25,000 annual visitors and all activities are located within a two block walking area. Come see the crowning of our Royalty Court at opening ceremonies Saturday at 9:30am, followed by the baby contest, the Grand Parade at 2:00pm, Cornhole tournament, and “The Junk” in the entertainment tent to round out the day's entertainment. Sunday is chuck full of fun as well, with the Classic Car Show, 5K Run, Kids 1 Mile Fun Run, and local performers to make for a day of pure enjoyment! There is also a baking contest, kids zone and over 130 vendors. No admission fees and a shuttle runs from the high school parking lot for $1.00 per person.
