Sweet Summertime in Hanover

Join us for the 2024 Old Fashioned 4th of July Celebration!  This patriotic event features a hometown parade which steps off at Hanover High School and finishes on the Dartmouth Green.  The parade is followed by live entertainment, classic games on the Green, touch-a-truck activities, food, pony rides, and an apple pie eating contest.

This year's theme is Sweet Summertime, which highlights summer's favorite sweet treats such as watermelon, ice cream, popsicles, and of course, parade candy! Look for this theme throughout the parade and in other details of our celebration.
