Short sprints from 25 – 400 yards based on age group.
Not timed, no prizes awarded.
Kids Activities – 8:30 – 11:00 AM Inflatables, Pony Rides, Face Painting and More

Kids Races – $12 through May 1st, $15 after

We also have live music on the course, great custom t-shirts, and an after-party at Fratello's Restaurant and Bar right across the finish line.
This year's Sea Girt 5K will benefit Sea Girt Recreation and The Kindness Café, located in Spring Lake Heights, which provides meaningful employment opportunities in a supportive and uplifting environment for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. T-Shirt Pickup, Post-Registration:
4 – 7 PM, Friday, August 1st
6:30 – 8:30 AM, Saturday, August 2nd
Race is rain or shine. Will only be postponed if weather is a danger to participants (lightning, hurricane).
Must be present to collect t-shirt or any giveaway. No refunds, transfers, credits or exchange.
