Walk, jog, run, or spin your way into the fall! Join the Coastal Crew, Portside Real Estate Group, and Spark Cycling Studio.

This is not your average 5k! We'll kick things off with a kids' fun run followed by the 5k and a 45 minute spin class hosted by Spark Cycling Studio. Taco the Town will be on-site for all of your post event sustenance needs! Coastal Performance will be open for tours of their 10,000 sq ft training facility and will offer free fitness evaluations for adults and youth. All event proceeds will go to our two beneficiaries, Midcoast Youth Center and the Adaptive Outdoor Education Center.
