Biathlon Festival, U.S. & Canadian Masters National Championships

A Midwest biathlon experience you don’t want to miss! Join us at Ariens Nordic Center for a weekend of biathlon competition & outstanding hospitality.

Registration is open for the inaugural Ariens Nordic Center Biathlon Festival, North American Championships, U.S. Biathlon Masters Nationals, & Biathlon Canada Masters National Championships February 14-16, 2025, presented by Ariens Sports & Entertainment Foundation and U.S. Biathlon.

Schedule:

8:00 AM - 9:00 AM: Bib pickup
9:00 AM - 10:30 AM: Zero, (duration determined by qty of athletes, includes paper change)
10:45 AM: Race, Wave 1 - MASS Start - approx. 40 athletes
11:30 AM: Race Wave 2 - MASS start - next approx. 40 athletes
12:15 PM: Race Wave 3 - MASS start - next approx. 40 athletes

Quantity of waves will increase or diminish based upon qty of athletes racing.

3:45 PM - 4:15 PM: Shootout Challenge for all
4:30 PM - 7:00 PM: Social Event for all at Ariens Nordic Center

Awards will be provided daily.

Zero: lane assignments will be determined at Athlete meeting and posted at range each morning. For training, zero lane assignments are expected to not have lane assignments.

Course closes 5 minutes before the start of the race and will not reopen until all competitors have completed the race.
