Named the "2014 Best Arts and Cultural Event in Portage County," this street festival boasts over 80 artisans selling and displaying their handmade works of art as well as a "Merchant Circle," great food, a Chinese auction of art and local prizes, and a popular photo contest, as well as wine tasting by four local wineries.
