7:00 am to 7:00 pm: Science Escape Room Trail at Mason Mill Park
Solve nature challenges along the Mason Mill boardwalk in this escape room-style nature adventure! Take a beautiful 1.5 mile walk on this stroller and wheelchair useable boardwalk. Along the way, you'll be faced with 10 challenges, riddles, and tasks that, once completed, will allow you to solve the puzzle, "escape" the boardwalk, and win a prize. This self-guided hunt will be available each day of the Festival from dawn to dusk, so stop by any time

7:00 pm to 8:30 pm: Science and Spirituality: Is AI Stealing Our Souls?
What makes humanity human? Is it creativity, intelligence, or something as nebulous as a soul? With the rise of AI in art, academia, and more, the question of what makes us human is more pressing than ever before. Join the Gentle Spirit Christian Church and the First Christian Church of Decatur for a co-organized discussion on the intersection of religion and research as we explore Science and Spirituality: Is AI Stealing Our Souls?
