Celebrate the fifth anniversary of the BAAND Together Dance Festival, as five of NYC’s most iconic dance companies—Ballet Hispánico, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, American Ballet Theatre, New York City Ballet, and Dance Theatre of Harlem—reunite on one stage from July 29–August 2. This is the rare chance to experience beloved programming curated collaboratively by the artistic directors of each company, including repertory favorites. In the afternoon, the companies bring their unique teaching approach to participants of all ages with FREE dance workshops in the David Geffen Hall lobby.

5:00pm - Dance Workshop With New York City Ballet
Stretch, twirl, and leap with New York City Ballet during this Children’s Workshop for young movers 12 years of age and under. New York City Ballet dancers will guide participants in an exploratory ballet warm-up and playful movement combination, concluding in a lively performance for accompanying family and friends. No prior dance training needed.

5:00pm - Panel Discussion: BAAND Together Dance Festival
Get an off-stage perspective of the extraordinary on-stage collaboration between the five iconic NYC dance companies that come together annually for the BAAND Together Dance Festival—now in its fifth year at Lincoln Center! This free panel discussion features the artistic leaders of all five companies: Ballet Hispánico, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, American Ballet Theatre, New York City Ballet, and Dance Theatre of Harlem.
