All abilities are welcome, ages 14 and over. Athlete gets to choose to complete a Duathlon (2-mile run, 13-mile bike, 2-mile run) OR a 5K or 10K run on Saturday, June 15, beginning at 8:00 AM at the Madrid High Trestle Trail beginning at Dalander park / Johnson trailhead (702 E 3rd St, Madrid, IA 50156).

Our races will be chip-timed by True Time Racing Services. Age categories will be: 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+
