At Be Writing, you’ll enjoy a fast-paced day of mini-lessons, writing sessions, and community. Plus, you’ll get a Craft Lab consultation with a professional writer to get insight into whatever dilemma is plaguing your writing life.

Your Day at a Glance

9:30 am – Registration
Grab a coffee, tea, or hot cocoa, settle in, and meet fellow writers.

10 am – Keynote Speaker: Grant Faulkner
Feel inspired and ready to dive into a day of writing.

10:30 am to 4 pm  – Craft Talks and Writing Sessions
Each session features a 15-minute craft talk, a 30-minute writing sprint, and a 15-30-minute break to recharge.

Noon – Catered Lunch and Community Time
Relax, refuel, and connect with others who share your love of writing.

4:15 pm – Sharing Session and Send-Off
Share insights, celebrate the day’s work, and take your next steps as a writer.

4:45 pm – Author Book Signing and Farewells
End the day on a high note with inspiration, autographs, and new friends.
