This is a completely inclusive 5K in memory of Brian J. Smith, beloved husband, father, friend, and more. For years, Brian volunteered at CHAMP Assistance Dogs because he loved their mission and we host this 5K in his memory to raise funds for his favorite charity. The 5K goes from Sunday, November 3rd 2024 - Sunday, November 10th 2024. You can either participate virtually or in-person. The in-person option will be Sunday, November 3rd at 10:00 am with a rain date of Sunday, November 10th, at 10:00 am at CHAMP. The duration of this race is in order to give people time to spread out the 5K if they need to. You can participate HOW you want, WHEN you want. Last year, at our inaugural event, we had people: roll, run, walk, jog, dance, ice skate, and swim.
