Welcome to the 40th Annual Buster Britton Memorial Triathlon, a tribute to a beloved local athlete whose legacy inspires us to live life fully and compete with passion.

Location: The race staging is located on Terrace Dive at the South Trailhead parking lot in Oak Mountain State Park.

Event Schedule
PARK ENTRANCE FEE
A park entrance fee of $5 is included in your registration. Your race week email will include a pass you can show at the gate.

Friday Packet Pick-Up: No park entrance fee for racers or passengers.
Saturday - Race Day: No park entrance fee for racers, however, any non-racing passengers will be required to pay the $5 park entrance fee.

FRIDAY
4:30 pm - 6:30 pm: Registration & packet pick-up

4:30 pm - 6:30 pm: Bike Check-In: Encouraged but not Mandatory

5:30 pm: Race Overview followed by Q&A

SATURDAY
6:00 am - 7:00 am: Registration & Packet Pick Up

7:15 am: Transition Closes. Bikes must be in the transition area

7:30 am: Olympic Swim Start

8:00 am: Sprint Swim Start

9:45 am: Estimated time for Sprint Distance Awards

10:45 am: Estimated time for Olympic Distance Awards

11:30 am: All participants must be finished to guarantee police and volunteer support
