10:00 to 11:00 AM : Check-in & Judging of 4-H/FFA Woodworking
10:00 to 11:00AM : Check-in Open Class Woodworking (judging will follow 4-H/FFA woodworking)
10:00 AM : Judging of 4-H/FFA Photography begins per your selected sign-up time in Fair Entry
10:00 AM to Noon : Check-in Open Class Photography (Judging of Open Class Photography to follow 4-H/FFA)
1:00 to 3:00 PM : Check-in & Judging of 4-H/FFA Horticulture & Landscape Design
1:00 to 3:00 PM : Open Class Floriculture & Horticulture (judging will follow 4-H/FFA)
1:00 to 3:00 PM : Check-in & Judging of Open Class Crops & Hay
1:00 PM : Judging of Open Class Wheat, Crops & Hay
1:00 PM : Judging of Open Class Metals & “Junk in a Bucket”
1:00PM : Judging of banners
1:30 to 2:00 PM : Check-in & Judging of Educational Notebooks, Posters, Exhibits & Displays
2:00 to 3:00PM : Check-in & Judging of Entomology/Geology & Lapidary (Geology & Lapidary, immediately following Entomology)
2:00 to 3:00 PM : Check-in Sewing & Textile Design & Shopping In-Style
4:00 PM : Judging of Meat Goats – Breeding, Showmanship & Market Meat Goats
6:00 PM : Ice Cream sponsored by ICI Insurance Butler County Fair 2025
6:00 PM : 4-H Council Food Auction (south building)
6:30 PM : Judging of Sheep – Breeding, Showmanship & Market Sheep to begin 15 min after conclusion of the Goat Show not to begin before 6:30 pm DANCE to follow the Sheep show on the cement between building and barn.
