The 10th Annual American Cancer Society (Columbus to Cincinnati) C2C Relay Run is a fully supported, relay-style running adventure to raise money to help the American Cancer Society end cancer as we know it, for everyone!
C2C 2024 begins Friday, September 13, at 7:30pm at Land Grant Brewing Company in Columbus and finishes around 4pm on Saturday, September 14 at Fifty West Brewery Company in Cincinnati.
Teams of participants take turns running relay legs throughout the nearly 24-hour period to traverse the distance between these two popular C-cities, running approximately 130 miles through the southern half of the great State of Ohio.

WHO? Running enthusiasts, volunteers, and staff – with the support from financial donors, event sponsors, and in-kind product contributors
WHAT? C2C is a fully supported relay-run event that includes 24 relay legs, covering some 130 miles between Columbus and Cincinnati, to raise awareness and money, aiming to raise $125,000. There are 23 baton exchanges with hydration and nutrition stations available at every fourth exchange point; the final leg brings everyone together at the finish line.

WHY? The American Cancer Society C2C Relay Run unites communities behind the organization’s mission to improve the lives of people with cancer and their families through advocacy, research, and patient support to ensure everyone has an opportunity to prevent, detect, treat, and survive cancer.
HOW? This adventurous running relay event is ONLY POSSIBLE through the support of tenacious fundraising runners, dedicated volunteers, and generous sponsors and in-kind donors, who often come back year after year because this event is truly special. Shared experiences and stories of love, loss, and hope for a world without cancer bring all of us together.
