For 36 years, visitors have been attracted to Historic Downtown Canandaigua for the annual art festival that takes place on the historic sidewalks of Downtown Main Street. This free family-friendly event showcases more than 150 juried artists in many different mediums. Over the years, the festival has grown, adding demonstrations, The Golden Palette Trail, and hot local music acts.
Each year, our festival brings new artists in almost every category, including ceramics, pottery, jewelry, woodworking, fiber, glass, photography, and gourmet foods.
Musical acts will play on the Maxion Stage in the Commons Park all three days of the festival. Performances range from Bluegrass, Blues, Rock & Roll to Jazz, and singer-songwriter Acoustics that feature incredible talent from the Upstate New York region.
