Cap City Beer Fest takes place annually on the first Sunday of November. With Baton Rouge’s picturesque Capitol building as the backdrop, attendees gather on 4th Street and Spanish Town Road to enjoy local, national, and international craft beer, homebrews, food trucks, music, and games while providing much-needed funding to CAA. Ticket holders receive commemorative tasting glasses, amongst other various branded items, so that they can sample the variety of specialty brews.

Cap City Beer Fest is a dog-friendly beer-tasting event that benefits Companion Animal Alliance. With Baton Rouge’s picturesque capitol building as the backdrop, attendees gather on 4th Street and Spanish Town Road on the first Sunday in November to enjoy local, national, and international craft beer, homebrews, food trucks, music, and games while providing much-needed funding to East Baton Rouge Parish’s only open-intake animal shelter, Companion Animal Alliance.

Cap City Beer Fest is open to the public. Guests interested in sampling available brews must purchase a ticket to receive a wristband. Attendees must be at least 21 years old with proof of ID to receive their wristband.

Time: 2:00 to 5:00 pm (VIP early admission starting at 1:00 pm)
